How to Measure Your Foot

Place a sheet of white paper on the floor, leaning against a wall
Wear a sock of the same thickness as you will use with your shoes
Place your heel against the wall and your foot on the paper
Mark the longest point of your foot (usually the big toe) with a pencil.
Measure the distance from the edge of the paper (wall) to the mark in centimeters
Compare the measurement with the table above
