Refund policy
Our 14-day return policy provides that customers may withdraw from the terms and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide justification and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products (30 days for the USA).
To exercise the right of return, customers must send a communication to Terracciano Paris to this effect, within the indicated terms, to the following email address: info@terraccianoparis.com.
In case of withdrawal, customers must return the products at their own expense to Ruben shoes within 14 (fourteen) days from the withdrawal itself (30 days for the USA).

The merchandise must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (bags and boxes), kept and possibly used only for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify its nature, characteristics and size, with normal diligence, without any signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the conditions set out below:
• the right of withdrawal may be applied to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g.: accessories, complements, etc.);
• for withdrawal to be possible, the product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: labels, tags, seals, etc.);
• shipping costs (and any customs fees, if applicable) for the return of the goods will be the sole responsibility of the Customer;
• the shipment, until proof of receipt at the warehouse indicated by Terracciano Paris, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
• Terracciano Paris will not be liable in any way for damage, theft, or loss occurring during or in connection with the return shipment.
Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
It is not possible to request an exchange or refund for a customized product unless the merchandise is defective or does not conform to the order placed.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to communicate whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund within 10 working days through your original payment method. It may take some time before your bank or credit card company processes and posts the refund.
